I am not a salesy guy. My intentions are never superficial, they are earnest. I don’t have a pitch for you. What I have is a quick snap shot of where I came from, and where I am at today.
I began working in the real estate industry in 2001. Every day I would hear about obstacles and solutions, the successes and failures as people navigate the process of buying homes. The buyers who would succeed were always the ones with excellent guidance and advice from their agents and lenders. I saw this proven over and over. To truly serve and help clients, 2 things must happen. First, structure a custom-made plan of action. Second, continually educate and advise during the entire process to avoid obstacles and maximize opportunities. Success means you implement a strategy from stern to stem that will meet and exceed goals and expectations of the client. This service concept became my motto, my mission, and my passion.
As I transitioned from Property Management Finance to Lending in 2015, I realized this idea was true then and even more true now. Today, lending is more difficult than ever, but it doesn’t have to be scary. I serve every client with this in mindset, whether they are my daughter or someone I just met. If we do our homework and plan it out right, we just may have a little fun on the way. Education and advisement will be the process, your new home and completed loan will be the byproduct.
