    First off, Amanda was an amazing person to work with from beginning to end. She was excellent at communicating. She worked with us through our already busy lives and was always available when we needed her assistance and advice.     Amanda Dunham was our loan officer for our first home purchase. I am so grateful, I cannot thank her enough. I cannot recommend her enough for giving us exceptional service. Amanda is very professional and knowledgeable. She was easy to communicate with. She always answered our questions and all emails, always made sure to communicate with us promptly, even outside of her normal business hours which shows how much she cares for her customers and clients. She reassured us and made sure we were comfortable with every step of the way by keeping us advised, taking time to explain in detail every process and every form we didn’t understand. Amanda and her team always handled everything promptly with the utmost professionalism and dedication. I will always recommend her and her team!

    I don't know where we begin. Amanda was so knowledgeable, professional, quick, and very efficient throughout the process. She was able to take out all of our worries and answer everything we had to give. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with.

    Amanda was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She made the daunting task of applying for a mortgage and going through the approval process much more manageable. We are so glad that we chose to work with Amanda. She was always available for questions and we appreciated her knowledge and expertise. Buying a home while living and working in another state can be terrifying; but with Amanda's help, we were able to navigate the stressful and sometimes tricky process of being approved for a mortgage.     My wife and I were working with a loan officer. We started to get a really bad vibe. We called our friend who recommended Amanda. She was absolutely incredible. We were on the brink of our closing date when we switched. Amanda jumped in, ran our numbers, beat the numbers by the mortgage rep we were using, and helped us close the deal. Amanda didn’t stop there … Afterwards, she sent us a beautiful message about how my wife and I came into her life when she needed us the most (she had just lost a close friend). It meant so much to us. If that wasn’t enough, after we moved in, Amanda showed up at our home with her business partner, Heather. They brought us a housewarming basket and dinner. We could not ask for better people to have in our lives.

    Amanda Dunham is the best! I have worked with a number of lenders since I am a Realtor in the local Tacoma area. My buyers have been served extremely well and have had success purchasing a home with Amanda, who takes wonderful care of them in the process. I have also used Amanda for my own home refinancing. She gives 100% effort and has a tenacious attitude for serving and advocating for her clients. She is intelligent and is a terrific problem solver.     We were put in contact with Amanda by our real estate agent, Pam. Before this, we were working with another loan officer who just wasn't doing what was needed to get us approved for a loan. After speaking to Amanda, she knew exactly what needed to be done, who to talk to, and more. After going through the steps with her, we easily and rightfully got approved for our home loan. She is super smart, proactive, and knows her stuff. I would very highly recommend her if you are looking for a loan officer. I can truly say throughout my life of buying homes, she has been the best one to work with.
