I LOVE Anne Ramsey. Almost 8 years ago now, I called Anne, in an effort to find my way home to Washington, from Stevensville MT, with absolutely nothing to work with. She took the time, sometimes personal time, from WA, to guide me the entire way, starting with bringing my credit score up from the 500's. 3 years later, on July 1, 2016…thanks entirely to Anne…I took possession of my life long dream house, and I have plans to just rot in the backyard someday…lol. Thanks to Anne Ramsey, I have a back yard… Since then, she has stayed in contact, and has guided me through 'moves' that I made…(that Anne called ME about)…that have only improved my position, my life, and lifestyle in the perfect little berg of Concrete WA. Yes, I know Anne Ramsey… I love her style…she makes it so effortless… 🙂 I highly recommend her. Thanks fer askin.

As luck would have it, Anne became my loan officer on a home purchase my husband and I made in February 2020. I'm so grateful to have had Anne in our corner during the process. For our particular purchase, we encountered some bumps along the way and I know it could have tried the patience of many people (and I wouldn't blame them), but Anne was so patient, understanding, and flexible during the whole process. I felt that Anne truly cared and I so appreciated her positive outlook. Anne worked tirelessly and was a great source of strength; Anne was truly a rock star! And, it all came together in the long run; my husband and I got our dream house and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks. Thank you, Anne! 🙂

Anne was very thorough and worked through several sticky issues that came up quickly and efficiently. She made the process easy, especially in these challenging times.

Anne works so hard on making you feel comfortable and at ease through the home buying process. She does this so well, in fact, we used her to refinance our house. She does a great job at explaining to you the process and constantly , I feel , goes out of her way to get things done. She knows exactly what needs to be done and steers those of us that get lost in the mix in the right direction. Anyone who thinks that buying a home or getting a mortgage is out of there reach should use Anne Ramsey, because she has the desire to help out anyone that wants to be a homeowner. Thank you for everything Anne.
