About Cassandra Farnese

I have been in the mortgage lending industry since 1989, managing mortgage operations, mortgage lending centers and multi-state regions. I am expert in loan products, borrower qualification and in providing knowledgeable advice to all industry partners and consumers alike. I am extremely detail oriented and goal minded, with a top priority to ensure my clients have the tools necessary for optimal success. Whether it be for a realtor partner, or my client borrower, it is important to me to offer guidance, comprehensive financing options and individualized support for each customer scenario.  I have been doing this a long time, and I am excellent at what I do.  In the off time, I like to spend time with my Husband and our children.  Horses, donkey’s, dogs, cats, chickens and who knows what else may come our way, keeping us busy all the time.  I just LOVE what I do!

    Cassandra went above and beyond to help us get a mortgage after we had been changing lenders twice and had a complicated case. Her experience and super fast processing was refreshing after we experienced how the previous lenders were operating. Her work finally helped us to secure that mortgage and we are very grateful to her.     Spectacular! Top Notch! And our personal favorite: "On It!". We just bought our first house. In this market, everything real estate related seems crazy, but Cassandra, who we affectionately nicknamed "on it", was a steady, calming voice. And literally, she is on it like nobody's business. We were referred to Cassandra by a sellers agent who was so impressed with her from a previous transaction. Cassandra lived up to every word. Any questions we had, she was able to give confident, simple, straightforward answers. And when it came to the loan process, she drives it. Nothing sits waiting… she is always on it! She got us fully underwritten so our pre-approval was as competitive as could be. She would reach out to the seller side and stress our qualifications to help us get our offers accepted. And when we finally found our home, she closed our loan in like 17 or 18 days! I'm not even joking, dealing with Cassandra was the best part of the whole transaction.

    I couldn't recommend her highly enough!!
