    Chris was a great ally and champion of our mortgage-buying-process. He did an amazing job of communicating with us, providing us with options, and being very transparent. Given the recent interest rate increases I am glad we had Chris on our side.

    Mr. Locsin was very professional throughout the entire process. He "went to bat" when it came time to get business done and made me feel like he was an advocate for me. I highly recommend working with Chris. He was quick to respond and thorough in information he provided. I couldn't have asked for a better home-buying experience.

    Chris was referred to us by our real estate agent. Having never met him before, we met and he was very informative. He worked with us, kept us up to date on our loan application which was a long process. His friendliness is the best. I definitely will contact him again if needed and will recommend him.

    There are many ways that i can begin to write this review, but i will start with one word, family. I do not use the word family lightly, but that is what me and my wife became with Chris Locsin after working with him for almost 11 months. We first met Chris through a realtor i had met, Mina Rahimi-Reid, and she told us to get pre approved for a home loan. She put us in touch with Chris and the rest was history. From the moment we started to work with Chris, we knew that he was someone that was trustworthy, honest, genuine, and authentic. He walked us through the process of what we needed, what we needed to work on, and how we could maximize our home buying experience. Within in a few weeks of making our first introduction, we were pre approved and we started our house buying. My pre approval was a bit more complicated since im self employed, but Chris worked diligently to make sure that we were approved in a timely manner. Once we got out of the major hurdles, Chris would check up on us every single week. Sometimes we would talk 2 to 3 times a week, and he would go over the housing market, change in interest rates, where we should look, what we should look for, etc. Talking to Chris week to week became part of my routine and it was such a relief knowing that Chris was diligent in his work. If there were questions that we had that were complicated he would always look for an answer. Whatever he didnt know, he would tell us, but would ask his team consisting of Doug Locsin and Michelle Cruz.
    The home buying process can seem arduous, but working with Chris made it so much easier.

    We were approached by several loan officers on so many occasions, and of course business is business, but the service, attention, honesty, and professionalism of Chris was something that could never be beat.

    i would recommended Chris and his team at Premier Mortgage Resources to anyone. No can beat their professionalism, and i as mentioned earlier, he and his team became family.

    Look no further! Working with Chris was a pleasure! You wouldn’t think that a loan officer would have your best interests at heart, but Chris does. We trusted him every step of the way. Always making sure we clearly understood everything and had all our questions answered. We were never a bother to him, even though I'm sure he must have repeated himself to us a million times. As a first time homebuyer, you need clarity and reassurance, and Chris provides that. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He exceeded our expectations! We’re looking forward to refinancing with him when the time comes. Thank you, Chris, for helping us finance our forever home 🙂
