    we just completed a home purchase with a HECM loan through Curtis and the team at Premier Mortgage Resources. Our Realtor suggested this as an option for us and she was right. Curtis provided significant education about this loan product and, once we decided it was right for us, the process was as smooth as it could be, even though we were out of state and everything had to be handled via email and text. All in all, we're in our home and are extremely happy with the result.

    Curtis and his team we're a joy to work with, and despite purchasing a home during the pandemic, the difficulty in obtaining an appraisal due to a shortage of specialists, the team continued to keep me up to date in a very positive, informed way. I purchased via a HECM loan, which Curtis was extremely knowledgeable about and definitely made me a complete believer in the product.
