Working with David made the loan process simple. He was very patient in explaining terms and the process. He was also very responsive. Being a first time home buyer I was provided a peace of mind. The only thing I would change would be to ask for the best type of loan availabe. Strongly advise going through David first. Thank you

David was extremely helpful in my loan process. Moving from north dakota to Spokane Valley, I wasn't sure where or who to start with. A friend referred me to David, who showed interest in helping me find the best deal on a home. Tammy was also very helpful throughout this process. My situation was a bit unique because I work where I get little to no service and required a lot of extra help, even with a last minute change to the home I wanted. I was able to do everything I needed without stepping into his office.

I was very pleased with my loan application and approval experience with David Bardin and Premier Mortgage Resources. I applied as a co borrower for my son who lives in Coeur d"Alene, Idaho and looked forward to buying his first home in CDA. I live in upstate New York. I agreed to co sign of course, but I worried about how this process would proceed and how complicated it would be. Within minutes of agreeing with my son to be a co borrower, an email popped up from David and the process immediately began via e documents and inviting phone calls with any questions. Mortgage options were discussed and explored to assist my son and I with a correct decision about the type of mortgage best for him. Communication was open, clear, honest, supportive, encouraging and continual throughout the process from application to closing. I appreciate the efforts and commitment of David and Tammy and team members for helping my son buy his first home within the projected time line, that also included circumstances of the Covid 19 Pandemic along with the holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. I highly recommend, without reservation, David Bardin and his team at Premier Mortgage Resources. Thank you so much for such a very pleasant experience.

David and the Premier Mortgage team are most professional, polite and hard working. One phone call, and met once to copy papers, everything else was done electronically. Was told in 20 minutes what. We could afford, and backed everything old to us. From start to finish we had the keys in less than 30 days. Do not hesitate to give them a call. We would not go any other route. We will sing their praises all day long.

David's communication was exceptional. Every step, every process, every change was clearly communicated and backed up with an email. There was equal contact between David and my realtor which made the transaction smoother. I additionally appreciated the call backs or text responses after hours when David was not available for questions or conversation. We had been approved by another lender but a few days before closing we were told that the lender's underwriting didn't accept giving loans on properties within tribal land. We faced the very real possibility of losing our potential home. At this point, David with Premier Lending was recommended to us based on his knowledge and experience in helping people wanting to purchase homes in Kootenai and Benewah Counties area. We didn't hold out much hope that anything could be done. But he knew what could and couldn't be done. He worked closely with our original lender in getting all of our documentation. And to our utter amazement he and his team made it happen. We ended up closing 10 days after the original closing date on a loan with great terms. We had to pinch ourselves to make sure it really was happening! We felt like we were their most important client. Continually updating us every day as to what was needed and how it was going. Thank you David and team!! You made our dream home a reality.
