    Eddie and his team (Lindsay Spencer and Jamie Williams) are seriously the best ever! Being a realtor it’s important to me that I refer out only the best. I’ve trusted Eddie a couple of times with my personal purchases and I refer him to anyone who needs to get a pre approval. Above and beyond is an understatement. Top notch all around.

    My husband and I bought our first home in California during an unbelievably bad housing market and economic time in August 2022. We had originally started this process with a different realtor and broker who came recommended by a good friend. But it was going very badly, and little did we know at the time that the other broker really didn't know how to do a proper VA Loan, and if we had continued with that broker we would have suffered even more with a surprise of financial responsibility at the end which would have cost us the home we really wanted.

    Fortunately, we met Eddie Johnson and he really knew what he was doing. He truly worked hard to get us the best rate during this time of high-interest rates. He also knew the in and outs of the VA loan process. We had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer every one of them even if we had asked the same question more than once. We were blessed to have worked with Eva Brown with Home Smart as our realtor and she and Eddie worked so hard to help us get this amazing home. My husband and I highly recommend these two people. Thank you again!

    We as a family completely trust Eddie for any loan related purposes. All our previous dealings with him have also been excellent and very well handled. He is so professional, dependable, trustworthy and makes the process of acquiring the loan stress free.
    It is always a pleasure to work with him and I must add that this time it was also wonderful to work with Jamie. She was quite helpful throughout and they make a great team!
