About Gina Grant

With more than 25 years of experience as a licensed Loan Officer, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate one of the most meaningful financial decisions of their lives—homeownership.

Since 2001, I’ve built my career around a simple philosophy: listen carefully, provide thoughtful guidance, and always put my clients’ best interests first. I believe the mortgage experience should be personal, transparent, and tailored to the individual—not a one-size-fits-all process.

My experience has given me the knowledge to navigate everything from straightforward purchases to more complex financing situations, but what I value most are the relationships I’ve built along the way. Many of my clients have become lifelong clients, friends, and sources of referrals to the people they care about most.

    Gina Grant is amazing at her job! I was working with a very slim budget and had a few difficult needs. Gina was always available to help me through the process working with my difficult holiday schedule, answering all my questions and putting up with me just showing up at her office with paperwork and asking for her help. She was able to get me the best interest rate possible! She worked seamlessly with my realtor, Charlene King. I know a lot of work went into this sale and funding but I felt like I barely did any of it. I could not have done this without Gina. I highly recommend her!

    We have used Gina for all of our home loans and refinances over the years. She has follow through and stays on top of all aspects of the loan process from start to finish (she even attended our sign offs). Gina keeps in constant communication and takes the time to explain everything.

    She has always put our interests first, researching the best rate/pricing/term for us and meeting whenever/wherever it was convenient for us. These reasons along with her caring attitude, honesty, attention to detail and extensive knowledge are why we would never use anyone else.

    I have purchased several homes with Gina, refinanced with her as well. I also purchased a couple condos. Gina is extremely professional and knowledgeable.

    I highly recommend her to all of my friends and family. She has always gotten me the best rate possible. She always guides us through the whole process with ease and is very easy to communicate with. Gina also is very responsive to my phone calls, emails and texts.     Gina is excellent at communicating throughout the loan & refinance process. She is genuinely interested in getting her clients the best interest rate possible and is so professional! Gina is so knowledgeable- she concisely explains what each form being signed is for, making all the bank jargon easy to understand. She understands that her clients have busy schedules (work, school, kids etc), so she does her very best to work out a time to meet in person with her clients. My husband and I were pleased with how she handled our loan when we first bought our first (and current) home, and even more pleased with how she handled things when we found it to be time to refinance our home 🙂
