   We cannot say enough how amazing Jacy and her team are!! We were at a standstill with the mortgage company we were working with. No responses. We were in a hurry to get our transaction complete! We were referred to Jacy and Dakota and within 1 hour the ball was rolling. We closed in 21 days!! We couldn’t be happier! Jacy and Dakota and their team made our dream come true. We have been waiting for 2 years to make this move!! They were so quick and responsive! We seriously could not believe how smoothly this transaction happened!! Thank you ladies! We are living our dream!!

   As a Realtor, my clients had a lender that was unavailable during negotiations. I sent a message to Jacy explaining our situation. Within minutes, Dakoda and my clients were all on board moving forward with their pre approval and making their home dreams come true. To say they were on top of every detail is an understatement. Both ladies were amazing at communicating and explaining every step of the transaction.

   This is my second time working with Jacy and Dakota for purchasing a home and I’ll never work with anyone else. Communication is fantastic, they’re just great people and I trust them! To top it all off, 48 hours before closing they were able to get us an even lower rate than we had. I appreciate them always looking out for their people!

    Jacy was extremely pleasant to work with and flexible with my work schedule. We mostly communicated via email and e-signing and she made it all very easy. In the few times I spoke with her, she was polite and knowledgeable. All in all, she's very good at her job!

    Jacy rocked. We had alot of issues arise. But she pulled every string possible and when I thought we were going to have to settle for less she pulled a combine out of her hat. Open for communication at all times of the day was awesome as well

    Jacy was very helpful. Our loan process had a few hicups but all and all it went well. Although we never met Jacy face to face. Everything was done by email or e-sign.
    Megan the receptionist was the only person I met face to face and she is the "sweetest" thing and all ways very professional.
    I would and will refer any friends who are looking for a morgage company to Jacy. I can only give 4 stars because no one is perfect, but she is close.

    Jacy did my first home loan and took care of my family, so when it came time to refinance she was the obvious choice. Jacy took great care of me, laid my options out. I have a great loan on my home in an ever growing state so for me it’s a win! I truly don’t believe there is a professional that will go as far for you as Jacy did for me!!     We were super hesitant about refinancing our house, but wanted to take advantage of the current market. A friend recommended Jacy, so we gave her a call. The rest is as they say is history. It took less than 2 weeks from first call to close. Jacy is amazing!! Easiest loan process ever. She kept us informed and updated every step of the way! Highly recommended!!

    I did not have a very good experience, but the bank that I tried to go through. My real estate person suggested that I try premiere mortgage. With the bank it took several months and still did not go through. With premier it took start to finish a month and a half to two months and they experience was one that I will never forget they were great to work with. I will recommend premier mortgage to my family and Friends
