I thought refinancing my home was going to be a painful, long, drawn-out disastrous process, but Joe and his team were knowledgeable, quick to answer questions that I had with answers I can understand, and made the refinance efficient and easy experience. Thanks to everyone on the team!

I’ve known Joe for a couple of years now and have been able to see behind the curtain on how he takes care of his clients. The thing about Joe, that makes him such an asset to work with, is he makes the complicated, easy. He’s well spoken, kind, and will go the extra mile to make sure this process goes as smooth as possible for you. He’s also very responsive which is so important in a market like we’ve had over the past few years. I’d highly recommend Joe.

Joe Ackerland from Premier Mortgage went above and beyond when assisting my husband and I with our loan. Joe’s extensive knowledge and easy-going persona put us at ease from many hundreds of miles away. Joe always took our phone call or quickly answered our text and was always willing to take the time needed to explain the various loan options and how they would best suit our financial needs. We would recommend Joe for a seamless, efficient process and friendly, amazing service! We would use Joe over and over again!
