Leslie has assisted us with two different home loan type products. Leslie has an excellent knowledge of the Hawaii loan business and is quickly able to help locate a lender and see you all the way through the process to complete a package.

Leslie played a huge role in my home purchase, and she played like an all-star! She overcame many obstacles on my behalf through perseverance and creative problem solving. She was always reachable by phone whenever I needed her (which was often). And she was always calm, cool, and collected. Leslie helped us purchase our home and, more recently, refinance our mortgage. Both experiences were very positive. The process was easy and efficient, Leslie was always available to answer questions, and we appreciated being able to do everything from our home. She is knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

Leslie is the ONLY choice for loans on the Big Island. She was extremely timely, razor-sharp in her responses, and came from a huge place of "let's get this done". She knows all parts of the process and is an expert at getting things unstuck. She even walked me through a 100 page document so I could pre-sign it and streamline the final loan approval while I was signing it off island. Literally amazing customer service and attitude. I cannot recommend Leslie strongly enough!

Leslie gave absolutely the best and timely advice throughout the entire loan process. She answered emails promptly, and called me when time was critical. She took initiative to get through bottlenecks with the escrow company, and really was the sole person who was on my side throughout.
