A few months back, Cortney and I had just finished excitedly talking about real estate options on a long road trip from Susanville to Hamilton Montana. After settling in a couple days later, we picked up the phone and dialed AXIA. We chatted with Matt Mullin for a few moments and he invited us to come on in after we returned to Susanville. He shared with us all the very interesting things about home loans and after a half an hour of education, Cortney and I felt really comfortable. Matt made it easy for us. He offered the highest level of respect and customer service and followed up with us and emailed us and went out of his way to inform us and helped us to draft letters of explanation all so that if we found a home, we could be ready. We did find a home and his ambition to achieve happy customers did not slow in anyway. We were those people, with tons of questions and necessary coaching and you wouldn’t of known because he treated us like we had a million bucks in our hands. Cheryl, Kerri and Lindsey were quite friendly too. The entire experience was great. All the way up until the very last minute Matt was there with a notepad writing notes with next steps that he wanted us to remember and things to pay attention to. I just want everybody to know that that Matt made purchasing a home hands-down easy. Thank you AXIA and thank you Matt!

Well, due to a power outage, the title company was late in releasing funds. Not Lindsey's or Chicago Tittle's fault. I wish it had been more clear that the "3 days" till release of funds had been more clear, like "3 days till release AND an additional 2-5 days for mail service. What made it great was LOTS of pertinent info and when one credit account was troublesome, it all finally went thru regardless. She was always pleasant even though at times I was not.

We submitted many documents that were misplaced. We came into the office multiple times and the closing cost paperwork was always wrong. They could never tell us how much cash we need to close even up to the day we signed paperwork. I wouldn’t of even gotten a loan through Axia after all this but only had to so we would not lose our house. We were told we would get 4200$ back and ended up getting back only 3400$ when I spoke to Cheryl she had nothing to say and did not make this right.
Lindsey went above and beyond the call for this loan. I was buying out my ex-wifes interest in our home in Susanville, despite the ex's stalling, Lindsey hung in there delay after delay and knew exactly what to do to keep the process moving resulting in the final closure of the loan to the satisfaction to all, thank you Lindsey!
