    From the beginning, my wife and I felt as if Lisa was painting a picture from the beginning to the end for us. She literally mapped out the entire purchasing process, which made us earn her trust. She was always there for us either via emails or by taking our calls all the way to the closing date! Lisa's attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism left a positive impression on us.

    Lisa provided the best service of all the loan officers I've worked with. She provided clear instructions, answered all questions, kept to the timeline so that I was successful, and even found a loan type with a low interest rate with ease that exceeded expectations. It was as if she read my mind on the loan type. She is also personable, professional, and focused on details that could have easily been missed. Many real estate agents promise that their loan officers are the best and will provide the best deal but this was the only one who has done so compared to my previous purchases. It was a pleasure working with Lisa.

    Lisa is very organized and made all the paperwork very easy. As a Realtor, I am self employed and was required to submit a profit and loss statement for my refinance. Lisa told me what she needed and wrote the profit and loss statement for me. I have never experienced that level of service from a lender. Her advice on when to lock a rate was spot on. When it comes time to buy or refinance save yourself some time and call Lisa. She is the best!

    I worked with Lisa for about 6 months while trying to buy a house. With the current market being the way it is, I put offers on 3 homes I did not get. Lisa was so responsive and quick to any requests my realtor and I made each time (and there were many). It didn't matter if it was a weekend or early in the morning, she was right on it.

    Finally my 4th attempt was successful, and great part of that success was due to Lisa's promptness and knowledge. The entire process was quick and smooth. She walked me through each document, and answered every question we had.
    I couldn't be happier and more grateful.
