I feel I need to do a mid way review on my Refi with Mellisa and PMR because I am am so impressed with the progress being made. I can’t say enough how how personable and professional Melissa has been. She answered all my questions easily and simply. No run arounds, waiting to hear back, not answering the phone or emails which is so prevalent in many businesses these days. So far my expectations far exceed what I was thinking this process would be. I am very happy with the process and speed. Right around 3 weeks from start to finish. I have full confidence that there will be no snags or problems until then and my final review will be just as good as this one. Thank you Melissa and PMR.

Premier Mortgage Resources did a wonderful job on the refinance of our HECM (reverse mortgage). They far exceeded our expectations in the time it took, the amount we received, and how professional they all were.
Curtis and his team did a fantastic job in helping us. He is so knowledgeable about the whole process and really took the time to explain everything to us so that we understood each step and made it so easy.
Melissa did a great job in making sure everything was done speedily and in proper order. We would highly recommend PMR for all your mortgage needs. They are a class act.

Thank you Melissa! I started the process on 11 May. Closed on 1 June! Was so easy. Melissa was the best on everything from start to finish. I had 100% confidence from day one. I thought the process to re fi my home would be way harder. Especially knowing that my friend is still dealing with his after 3 months with no calls back or emails from his mortgage company in a timely manner. Melissa was on the ball the entire way. I am totally satisfied with her work and professionalism. Great job. Highly recommend her and PMR. Sincerely.
