I was put in contact with Nikki by another lender that failed to secure my refinance loan. I was in a terrible situation and under an almost impossible timeline. I was incredibly stressed out. Not only was Nikki and her team able to secure me a loan in a tight timeline, she also walked me through the entire process. Step by step Nikki was there to answer any questions. My biggest compliment I can give her is that she genuinely cares. She knew how stressed I was, and how sensitive my situation was. She took it upon herself to calm nerves by giving me constant updates. She actually reached out multiple times after hours and on weekends. I have bragged to everyone I’ve talked to about how exceptional her customer service. I truly felt like she was my personal lender. I would recommend her services to anyone.

I was 7 months pregnant when we decided to get pre approved and start looking at houses. Nicole made the pre approval process seamless. She was patient, detailed oriented, knowledgeable, flexible and genuine in wanted us to find the loan that works for us and our lifestyle. She followed up when I missed something due to “pregnancy brain, she scheduled meetings/signings convenient to us and around our doctor appointments, and was available for any and all questions. She was amazing from start to finish. Once we found the house we wanted she didn’t delay to get closing done. I’d recommend her 10 out of 10 times

Nikki was great through the entire process of getting our house. we got multiple loan options explained to us, with pros and cons to see what we would do best for our situation. I would recommend Nikki to anyone looking for a loan. She was always quick to respond and go above and beyond with all aspects of these transactions from explaining things to us, to working with our real estate agent and buyer and getting all paperwork done. with her, I did feel as if we could trust in what we were being told and had no doubts that her and her company would follow through with the best options at the time. Would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

Using Premier Mortgage Resources during our home buying process could not have gone better! Nikki and the whole PMR team are amazing! They are very knowledgeable, answered all our questions thoroughly, shared all of our options and educated us on each step along the way. We felt very comfortable and confident throughout the whole process because of Nikki’s strong communication, expertise and care for our family. She would check in just to make sure we were comfortable with how everything was progressing. She truly cares and if you need a lender she’s your person!

Nikki and her team were recommended by another lending institution that was not able to provide services for my needs. After discussing what I needed to accomplish, Nikki put forward several options and as we pursued the various avenues, we came up with the best case scenario. Her team was remarkable in moving the whole process forward expeditiously and were very "hands" on the entire way. Nikki texted me, called me, emailed me to keep me apprised of the progress and any needed documentation along the way. This was very stress free for me and I even went on a 7 day cruise while the team worked in the background. The loan process was completed 2 weeks before the target date. Communication is the major strong point of Nikki and her team. I would definitely use them again if I ever need another loan. Kudos to the entire team!!!

Nikki and the PMR team were great. We needed to be approved and in a home in a short timeline. Nikki walked us through the whole process which was really scary being a first time homebuyer. She would call and take calls anytime of the day and even on the weekend. I highly recommend Nikki and am proud to refer her to anyone who is looking to buy or refinance a house.

I cannot begin to explain just how blown away I am by Nikki, Jamie, and the rest of the team at PMR. After entertaining months of questions, and providing me with countless scenarios for different kinds of loans and payment structures, we were able to secure the first home I've purchased on my own. Nikki has amazing communication skills, was friendly, supportive, and (most importantly) was able to push the loan through at my pace. Buying a home is a unique experience, and it was a relief knowing that I had was working with someone I could trust. I will be recommending Nikki, and PMR, to anyone who will listen to me!

I was introduced to Nikki through a friend who had recently had a great experience with her, and I have to agree! I was having nothing but issues securing a loan with multiple other lenders, but Nikki was able to navigate the multi-state issues and get me a great loan! She had my back through the entire process and made everything super easy to understand. Nikki was always available even when I needed an answer after hours or on weekends. I highly recommend working with her and I will definitely be using her for my future loans.

Nikki is one of those lenders that works hard to help people become home owners because she truly cares about them. It was a joy and pleasure working with Nikki in the purchase of a condo for our first time home buyer client. She was communicative, quick to pivot when things came up, problem solving and supportive the whole way through. She is such a calm, grounded and knowledgeable human being. I’m lucky to have Nikki as a lending partner and have nothing but great things to say about her services.

I’m beyond grateful with Nikki, I had great experience with my first home. Nikki is very knowledgeable, loved her energy. Always kind and willing to go the extra mile. We had weekly check-ins and some times even 2x per week depending on the progress of the home buying process. Loved that she care to see how everything was going. Walked me through everything, always on top of every concern or question I had. I definitely recommend her and will come to her in the near future.

Nikki helped us buy our home 7 years ago. She successfully helped us raise our credit score and do everything necessary to qualify for down payment assistance programs. We were able to buy the most perfect little home. All these years later she helped us access the equity in our home to help with a business venture.
That may all seem common yet her efforts are not. She LITERALLY went above, beyond and then some to help us, all while being the most kind and gracious person. She made us seem like we personally mattered. This rare quality makes her shine and we are so eternally grateful.
