    Reyna has done a loan for me personally and multiple clients. She also did the loan for the buyer of my personal home. 99/10 not 9.9…. 99.

    Here’s the thing, the loan officer in a real estate transaction is probably the most important person. They’re the ones with the money. You need the money to call back when you have questions. Reyna not only answers and calls back, but calls to update, prior to email updates going out. Reyna sets expectations and REAL timelines and makes sure that everything is done on time and in time. You don’t just get a pre qual letter emailed or a link texted to you, you get a fully underwritten conditional approval letter.
