    By far the most amazing, openly honest, point blank loan officer in the universe! She gets all the numbers lined up with detailed information about each option allowing me to make a full scope decision. She made everything seem effortless. She understood my family life change and my need to let her run the show and Kim took very good care of us through the whole process allowing me the comfort and time needed to iron everything else out.
