This is the fourth house I’ve bought in my long lifetime. The last house I bought was 21 years ago. The buying process has gotten much more complicated since then. The paperwork has tripled and it has all been digital which was harder since my printer has been offline. Kim Zweiger was there for me through the entire process. I called her with questions day and night. Kim was AWESOME! She always got back to me no matter how busy she was. I recommend this company to everyone. Outstanding communication! From the start to the end, their team provided excellent customer service while moving us through the process. Emails and texts made it easy to keep our loan on track and to make sure we were not missing anything. Their portal is very easy to upload. I’ve used other lenders in the past, and it was a very painful process. This was not the case with Premier. We had a great experience and we closed our loan in record time. I would highly recommend Premier and Mandi and her team.
I would- hands down- recommend Team Mandi to anyone!! Brittney has been INCREDIBLE. Our home wasn’t market ready when we started. It was an FSBO and has taken over a year to purchase. Brittney has hung in there every step of the way!! We’ve probably exchanged hundreds of emails. She responds back within minutes, even in the evening or on the weekend. She’s extremely prompt, thorough, honest, and very personable. We are first time home buyers who happened to be purchasing an unconventional property with acerage in rural northern Idaho.
