    The Absolute Best!!!!

    I would- hands down- recommend Team Mandi to anyone!! Brittney has been INCREDIBLE. Our home wasn’t market ready when we started. It was an FSBO and has taken over a year to purchase. Brittney has hung in there every step of the way!! We’ve probably exchanged hundreds of emails. She responds back within minutes, even in the evening or on the weekend. She’s extremely prompt, thorough, honest, and very personable. We are first time home buyers who happened to be purchasing an unconventional property with acerage in rural northern Idaho. We ran into numerous snags with the property, but Brittney was right there to help us through all of it. Their rates are very comparable and their personal service far exceeds their competition!! Underwriting is extremely fast and there’s no hidden fees. To top it off, they empathized with us and offered a rate lock extension, on their dime, simply because this has been such a long process and many of the issues that have pushed out our closing date were beyond our control. Like I said at the beginning, I would- hands down- recommend them to anyone. Team Mandi truly has made this year-long experience as smooth as possible!! They really create a team-like experience and offer honest service!

    If you are looking for Grade A loan assistance this is the Team for you. Team Mandi (Mandi, Brittney, Veronica and Kim) are all amazing to work with, they go above and beyond for you to find the Lending product that best fits your need. I was impressed with the speed to return my text, call or e-mail and the late night hours put in to bend over backward for their community. Finding that right fit for a lender can be so hard and make you want to just rent for the rest of your life, not this TEAM! We have used their expertise a few times now and will use them every time!

    Our loan officer Veronica went above and beyond to get us into our new home. She looked at different loan options for us to find the one that would benefit us financially. Whenever we had a question or concern we could reach out to her and she was very informative on what was going on and reassured us every step of the way. She always looked in our best interest during the whole process, she communicated with us directly and always had a positive attitude. Very positive experience for such a stressful time for us as first time home buyers. Definitely happy we chose Premier 🙂

    After finding a house in Idaho we needed funding and found the right team to handle the task. Amber Johnson our realtor recomended their service and they went right to work getting everything lined up to make this all happen. Unfortunatly we lived out of state and couldnt do anything in person but that wasnt an issue. We did everything online and did it in a timely manner. When it came to finalizing the loan they sent a notary out to our house in California and did the signing in our own home. Things could not have gone any smoother. We highly recommend Team Mandi.

    Kim Zweiger, our loan partner at Team Mandi was great! She was very responsive, even on Holidays. She was truly looking out for us as first-time home buyers. We were able to close early and save some money! Win-Win! Selena the processor was a rock star in making sure we stayed organized with all the loan documentation. I would 100% recommend Team Mandi for your mortgage needs.

    There are not enough stars for this team's performance. They assisted with a 10-day closing – and got it all done EARLY. They were highly proactive, had paperwork ready to sign before I could get the pen out of my pocket, provided clear and concise communication at every step in the process, patiently / promptly answered every dumb question we had and handled the inevitable changes so quickly, it was barely noticeable. And they still smiled through it all! Seriously, buying this house was easier than buying a car. This team is the best I've ever worked with for any type of loan!
