SMS / Text Messaging Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Premier Mortgage Resources, LLC ("PMR", NMLS #1169) handles information connected to our text-messaging (SMS) program. It supplements our full Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
What information we collect
When you fill out a form on pmrloans.com or a PMR loan officer page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the information you enter about your home-loan needs, and your text-message consent choices (which boxes you checked and when). When you text us, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your mortgage inquiry, provide loan-status updates and appointment reminders, and, only if you opted in to marketing texts, send occasional rate and refinance information. We also use it to keep records of your consent and opt-out requests.
SMS opt-in details
You opt in by checking one or both unchecked, optional consent boxes on our web forms: (1) marketing text messages and (2) non-marketing text messages about your loan, appointments and account. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services, or of obtaining a loan. You must be 18 or older to opt in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
No sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use service providers (for example, our messaging platform) solely to deliver messages on our behalf; they may not use your information for any other purpose.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics (for example, Google Analytics). You can manage cookies in your browser or through the Cookie Settings link in our site footer. Cookies are not used to send text messages. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Data security
We protect your information with administrative, technical and physical safeguards, restrict access to staff who need it to serve you, and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes described here and as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable means.
Your rights and choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation and then stop.
- Help: reply HELP, email [email protected], or call (208) 629-0606.
- Update or delete your information: contact us at the address below and we will correct or remove it, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
