    6th home with Darryl over span of 20 years. I learned long ago to just call Darryl. He knows his stuff puts it lightly. Especially so in these crazy market changes (we have seen them all together) and will always prep me on what to expect and prepare for. Darryl can make a challenge and roadblock seem like a small hurdle. He is truly an expert and a great friend through the entire process. No Joke, 20 plus years and would never consider anyone else but him on my team. Great work D.

    I have known Darryl for a little while now. He has personally helped me get into 3 different houses! He is the most knowledgeable person I have met when it comes to loans and real estate! One of the best things about him is he always plans for the very worst case scenarios. Then when everything gets worked out all the numbers can only go down. It's always a pleasure to work with Darryl. He is the only person I will ever go to for a loan or a mortgage!

    When I thought I might need to refinance my home, Darryl was the first one I called. I have known him for a while, and his knowledge of the mortgage industry is tremendous. He was able to talk through several scenarios, and in the end agreed it wasn’t the best option for me to refinance at that time. But if I ever needed to get a mortgage, he’d be the first one I’d call!
