    Eddee is one of THE BEST lenders out there. I love her "outside the box" thinking, willingness to answer questions any time of day or night, willingness to explore various lending options and show buyers the differences. She is great about keeping me in the loop with my clients from our pre-house-hunting to closing on "the ONE" and I love, love, love, that all lending files go through the underwriting process FIRST, not last...eliminating a ton a stress the week before closing. This may be Eddee's job, but she she puts her whole heart and soul into the process. You will not regret working with her.

    Eddee and her team at Premier Mortgage were incredible! She got us pre approved so quickly, which enabled us to get an accepted offer on our new home. Her and her team were so quick and responsive to any questions we had throughout the whole loan process. We are self-employed, which complicates things, but Eddee and her team are very knowledgeable in self employment income, and they made this whole process easy and painless.

    My service was great! I loved how they had powerpoints in the beginning when I started the home loan process because I was unsure of a lot of things since it was my first time buying a house. Eddee was great and super helpful with everything.

    It was a complicated, drawn out process for no fault of Eddie's. However, she stayed with it and persevered. Finally, she got it done. I admire her patience with othr companies that didn't do their work properly.

    Eddee is my GO TO lender! She was helped with me my first home purchase, while working at a different lending company. When it came time for me to refinance, I followed her to Premier because she gave me the best experience the first go around! I wouldn’t choose anyone else! She makes everything stress free and works her tail off to get you the best bang for you buck! I HIGHLY recommend Eddee for all of your lending needs!!

    Eddee did our first home finance for us when we bought our home here in Twin Falls, ID. When we decided to refinance this same home loan, she was who we contacted first. She did such a good job for us the first time, that we felt comfortable with seeing what she could do this time. We were not disappointed! She makes it as stress free as is possible and never leaves you hanging. Now the underwriters threw us both a curve or two for some reason, but Eddee helped us get through that as well. In my wife's and my opinion, she is the best!

    An absolutely wonderful experience!!! Eddee was incredible to work with. I've heard many horror stories regarding others home buying experiences but ours seemed almost oddly smooth. It was all because of Eddee and her team. It seemed like they were working non stop and communicated so well through the whole process. We would recommend Eddee to anyone and everyone.
