The process of buying a home with them was seamless and such a positive experience, and we made life long connections and friends along the way! Eddee kept us updated on all the processes along the journey, and she made sure that all our questions and concerns were addressed and answered. We can't reccomend Eddee at Premier Mortgage enough!     Eddee and her team were amazing 🤩. They keep our file updated as our house was a new build. That is not always easy and took a lot of communication to keep everything in order to make sure that our loan closed three months later. One thing that Impressed me the most was we had not just a “pro approval” but an actual loan “approval” from the underwriter. This approval allowed our realtor, cherri cook, ( amazing as well) more leverage with the negotiation of a home to purchase. By this approval it gave my husband and i peace of mind, knowing at the end, there will be no surprises and the home we fell in love with will be our forever home. We have purchased before, and I have never felt so protected. Thank you Eddee for being you! Amazing! Love, The Wilkinson Family

    My service was great! I loved how they had powerpoints in the beginning when I started the home loan process because I was unsure of a lot of things since it was my first time buying a house. Eddee was great and super helpful with everything.

    It was a complicated, drawn out process for no fault of Eddie's. However, she stayed with it and persevered. Finally, she got it done. I admire her patience with othr companies that didn't do their work properly.

    Eddee is my GO TO lender! She was helped with me my first home purchase, while working at a different lending company. When it came time for me to refinance, I followed her to Premier because she gave me the best experience the first go around! I wouldn’t choose anyone else! She makes everything stress free and works her tail off to get you the best bang for you buck! I HIGHLY recommend Eddee for all of your lending needs!!

    Eddee did our first home finance for us when we bought our home here in Twin Falls, ID. When we decided to refinance this same home loan, she was who we contacted first. She did such a good job for us the first time, that we felt comfortable with seeing what she could do this time. We were not disappointed! She makes it as stress free as is possible and never leaves you hanging. Now the underwriters threw us both a curve or two for some reason, but Eddee helped us get through that as well. In my wife's and my opinion, she is the best!

    An absolutely wonderful experience!!! Eddee was incredible to work with. I've heard many horror stories regarding others home buying experiences but ours seemed almost oddly smooth. It was all because of Eddee and her team. It seemed like they were working non stop and communicated so well through the whole process. We would recommend Eddee to anyone and everyone.     Eddee is by far the best loan officer we've ever worked with. We had an extremely difficult time closing on a house but Eddee was with us and doing the legwork the entire time. She went above and beyond for us and we would use her and Premier again in a heartbeat!
