   The Absolute Best!!!!

   I would- hands down- recommend Team Mandi to anyone!! Brittney has been INCREDIBLE. Our home wasn’t market ready when we started. It was an FSBO and has taken over a year to purchase. Brittney has hung in there every step of the way!! We’ve probably exchanged hundreds of emails. She responds back within minutes, even in the evening or on the weekend. She’s extremely prompt, thorough, honest, and very personable. We are first time home buyers who happened to be purchasing an unconventional property with acerage in rural northern Idaho. We ran into numerous snags with the property, but Brittney was right there to help us through all of it. Their rates are very comparable and their personal service far exceeds their competition!! Underwriting is extremely fast and there’s no hidden fees. To top it off, they empathized with us and offered a rate lock extension, on their dime, simply because this has been such a long process and many of the issues that have pushed out our closing date were beyond our control. Like I said at the beginning, I would- hands down- recommend them to anyone. Team Mandi truly has made this year-long experience as smooth as possible!! They really create a team-like experience and offer honest service!

   If you are looking for Grade A loan assistance this is the Team for you. Team Mandi (Mandi, Brittney, Veronica and Kim) are all amazing to work with, they go above and beyond for you to find the Lending product that best fits your need. I was impressed with the speed to return my text, call or e-mail and the late night hours put in to bend over backward for their community. Finding that right fit for a lender can be so hard and make you want to just rent for the rest of your life, not this TEAM! We have used their expertise a few times now and will use them every time!

    My wife and I recently purchased a home in Eagle Idaho while visiting family there for a week and after securing a purchase contract Mandi's team did more than expected in helping us navigate the mortgage process, especially with us being out of state at the time.

    Having been a Senior Loan officer myself in another state at a different point in time I had very high expectations and Mandi and her team more than exceeded them.     When I first purchased my home 6 years ago, Premier Mortgage and Mandi Feely were awesome!     Team Mandi was able to come up with a plan and a mortgage loan that we believed we could not get. Then a year later they helped us re-finance the mortgage for a better interest rate and lower payment. Everything but the final signing at the title company was done through email and e-sign. It was super easy and friendly. Thanks, you are much appreciated.

    Mandi's team was so great in keeping me in the loop and I really appreciated that. They were very punctual and knew that a date meant that we perform by those dates. So impressed. Thank you.
    I was not happy with the appraiser (I realize that is not the lender's fault) who spent 5 minutes in the home however.

    My previous lender timeframe quote was 90 days Mr. Cooper. I felt like a number with them.
    Through word of mouth I heard of Premier Mortgage Resources and their reputation of shorter turnaround than many other lenders and great customer service. Right away I felt the synergy that we working together as a team. Definitely a positive reputation that precedes them. I was extremely impressed on how quick and painless the process was. I will be recommending Team Mandi to my friends and family.

    Was extremely impressed with everybody at Premier Mortgage. Everyone was so friendly. Kim was great to work with took her time with me, was always available when needed and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Believe me I had a lot of questions and concerns. This was our first refinance went super fast and was extremely easy. Should have done this a long time ago. Amazing customer service all around. Strongly recommend Premier Mortgage. I’m still relatively new to the home buying process and Team Mandi has made everything easy and seamless.     Mandi, Kim, and Selena were whom I mostly worked with during the closing process. "Team Mandi" went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order for a smooth home closing and helped lock in the best loan interest rate available. The team answered all my questions and had no problems reaching out to me for any required information. Use of "Floify" made for a smooth and secure document transfer system, and Kim was very quick to respond to my request for final closing figures. Every person we spoke to throughout the entire process was professional and went above and beyond to help us close on our first home. They always had answers to our questions and were available anytime we needed them, even after hours. We were really nervous because we have heard horror stories about buying houses and what an awful grueling process it is, but Team Mandi had everything streamlined and it was a piece of cake.     I would 110% recommend Team Mandi to anyone and everybody! Mandi and her team are FANTASTIC! I was going through a refinance and ran myself into some troubles with a different lender, and thankfully I took the chance to work with PMR on my refinance. I was in a two week dead line to be closed and refinanced, Mandi did not let time crunch to be an issue. Mandi and her team were very prompt with all steps that were needed to get me on the right steps. Within 36 hours, I was already sent to Underwriting… the smoothest and easiest process I have ever done. The team all provided so much clarity and information on each process. Being a first time home buyer of only 9 months, to then refinancing during the raising rates… Team Mandi was exactly who I wanted to be dealing with!! I will recommend anybody and everyone to at least have a conversation with PMR because their customer service is exceptional. They truly prioritize you and your concerns/questions.
